Growing up in the Lutheran Church, I enjoyed singing The Doxology every Sunday as part of our Worship Service.
To realize that folks have been singing The Doxology since the 1600's is fascinating to me! I find it to be a very poignant moment of fellowship when the entire congregation in unison recites or sings such beautiful words together that have been said for hundreds of years.
