Together We Will Continue To Love And Serve As Christ Commands As Long As We Both Shall Live
Here is another version of the Certificate of Vow Renewal with the inset image of a cross. This certificate is the same as the previous post but with a different choice of fonts. The quote at the bottom states... The quote is adapted from the wedding vows portion of the wedding ceremony from the Book Of Common Prayer. It is also a line that was used in the wedding ceremony of Will and Kate. You can see an adaptation of that ceremony on my other website on the page with the wedding ceremony I titled "Your Lives Together In Jesus Christ" in the ceremonies section. This certificate was designed to go along with the Vow Renewal Ceremony for the Your Lives Together In Jesus Christ Renewal Of Marriage Vows. This is my morning prayer in which I give thanks and praise to God. I also ask for guidance as I begin my day. I wrote this prayer several years ago after I saw an interview with Condoleezza Rice. The interviewer asked her a question about praying and Condoleezza said that she prayed daily, asking God to... "please guide my steps." I found the interview to be very inspiring. In this graphic the prayer text layer is on top of a lovely photo that my husband, Steve, took on his way to work one day. As you can see it's quite lovely here in Arkansas. We are truly truly blessed to live in such a beautiful setting!
